About Us

We started as Boxes for Beirut, a grassroots initiative launched after the August 2020 explosion in Beirut. Our primary goal was to provide food and essential supplies to displaced families. As the project grew, we expanded our efforts to include the renovation of homes that were damaged in the blast. Additionally, we launched a program aimed at helping children at risk of dropping out of school due to financial hardship, providing support for tuition fees and school supplies.

As the demand for emergency aid, such as food boxes and housing repairs, decreased, the need for educational support increased—especially given the ongoing economic crisis in Lebanon. This shift led us to focus more on our educational efforts through the Emmanuel Project for Hope. Now in its fourth year, the project has gained significant momentum, with a new team onboard and a clear vision to expand further.

Our goal is to secure more donations and sponsorships to help even more children stay in school, as we strongly believe in the long-term impact of education. With the continued support of our partners, we are committed to making education more accessible to children in Lebanon and ensuring they have the opportunity to build a brighter future.
